Norges Benkeskytterforbund har gjennom 2014 fors\u00f8kt \u00e5 avholde Generalforsamling ved flere anledninger uten \u00e5 lykkes da et tilstrekkelig antall medlemmer med stemmerett i NBSF ikke har m\u00f8tt p\u00e5 m\u00f8tet. I henhold til vedtektene til forbundet m\u00e5 minst 10 personer med stemmerett stille p\u00e5 m\u00f8tet, noe som desverre ikke har v\u00e6rt tilfelle. Dette betyr at lovlig avholdt Generalforsamling ikke har v\u00e6rt avholdt i 2014, men forarbeidet til Generalforsamling har v\u00e6rt utf\u00f8rt – eksempelvis regnskap etc. Styret betrakter ikke dette som en optimal situasjon for NBSF som s\u00e5dan.<\/p>\n
